RAPID is a movement-based manual therapy designed to reduce chronic pain and restore mobility. Treatment sessions are 30-60 minutes.

I believe, that while each human body is different, so should each massage. Your session will be uniquely tailored to what your body needs to help you feel better.
Effective listening and clear communication build safety, trust and tailored treatment plans. You may not want or need a full body massage, instead you may need more of a focused body work in one or two areas to help relieve pain or disfunction.
I am certified in MFR, Swedish massage, Therapeutic massage, Reflexology,
Upper Body RAPID (NFR), Sinus Relief and Hot Stone Massage.
I have been a LMT and a BWC Therapy Provider since 2018.
